Last year at AQS in Paducah, there was a quilt that was identical to this photo...I'll look through the catalog and get back to you.
Okay, I found it...it is Gulls In the Heat Haze by Inge Mardal from France. It is not exactly like your photo but could have been taken at the same time. Do a search to see if its online anywhere and you'll see what I'm referring to. :)
