I'm doing ...Hey Claire, a sketchbook! good for you! I'm doing a sketch/note book and have been pretty faithful with it since early June (I started with the poem that M. James gave us). I walk in the (somewhat early) AM and bring home something to sketch and sketch it immediately. It feels like just the right way to start the day. A propos, here's a quote from Scottish painter Victoria Crowe: "drawing is a way of thinking, a visual diary, a page of poetry, a question with no answers and a link with the function of consciousness -- an attempt at understanding."
